Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking any of our services.

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• To secure a booking, a non-refundable £50 deposit is required via bank transfer (BACS), along with the booking form. 
• Full payment must be made in the week prior to the event date if you are paying via bank transfer, or on the event date if paying in cash.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer (BACS) or cash.

• Cancellations made three days or more prior to the event will receive a partial refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit, provided that full payment has been received.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will be subject to a 20% (of the remaining balance, after the deposit) cancellation fee, except for bookings for the Creative Crafts package, which will be subject to an additional £30 cancellation fee to cover the costs of crafts.
• In the event of cancellation by Iris Enchanted Parties, a full refund will be provided.

• It is the responsibility of the client to provide accurate event details, including date, time, location, and any special instructions; these details should be provided on the booking form.
• Any changes to the event details must be communicated to Iris Enchanted Parties at least seven days prior to the event. Additional travel fees may be charged for a change of location. Iris Enchanted Parties reserves the right to cancel an event if they are unable to accommodate last-minute changes.

• Iris Enchanted Parties shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during the event.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for the supervision of children at all times during the event.
• All performers hold current DBS checks.

• Our performers will make every effort to adhere to the agreed-upon schedule and provide a high-quality performance.
• In the unlikely event of unforeseen circumstances preventing our attendance, Iris Enchanted Parties will offer a full refund or reschedule the event.

• Our costumes and props are carefully maintained and sanitised; however, parents/guardians must ensure that children with allergies or sensitivities are not exposed to any materials used.
• Iris Enchanted will not be responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur while interacting with props; parents are responsible for the supervision of children at all times.

• Iris Enchanted Parties reserves the right to take photographs or videos during the event for promotional purposes. If you do not wish for images of your event to be used, please notify us in writing prior to the event using the booking form.

• Additional fees may apply for extended hours, additional services, or any unforeseen requirements not previously discussed.

Iris Enchanted Parties reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.

• Any information supplied by you will only be held and used in order to conduct business with you and to improve our level of service. We will not pass on your details to any third party without your express agreement.
• When you book with us, we need to know your name, email address, phone number and event details. This allows us to contact you regarding your event and cater to your event needs.
• If you have joined our fairy-mail as a Fairy Godparent you will receive marketing emails from us that refer to our products and services. Should you not wish to receive these items please inform us by email, post or telephone.
• We shall comply with all applicable UK data protection legislation from time to time in place in respect of any personal information relating to you gathered by us.
• You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct them promptly.
• Iris Enchanted Parties will periodically review all information held to ensure we are only processing relevant information.
