✨ THE BIG PRINCESS CHRISTMAS BALL ✨

Yes — everyone attending the Princess Christmas Ball will need a ticket (£10 per person, adults and children). Children age 2 and under go free but please still include them in your booking form so that we can sent them a ticket too!
This helps us keep the event safe, organised, and magical for everyone.

Each ticket includes access to the full Princess Christmas Ball experience:

• Entry to the stage area where our live performances, princess meet and greets, and Santa visits take place.
   
• A special Christmas gift from Santa for each child.
   
• A personalised invitation before the event.
   
• A spectacular princess concert featuring several magical acts throughout the afternoon.

The Princess Christmas Ball runs from 3:00pm to 5:00pm.
During this time, you’ll enjoy a magical concert filled with performances, interactive moments, and chances to meet the princesses and Santa.

Santa will have his own dedicated area within the event and can be visited at any time between 3:00pm and 5:00pm.
There’s no need to queue at a set time — just pop by when it suits you during the event.
Each child will receive a special gift from Santa as part of their ticket.

Absolutely! You’re welcome to take your own photos and videos inside the stage area, which is part of the ticketed event space.
To take close-up photos or meet the characters, you’ll need a valid ticket.

We’ll also have a professional photographer capturing all the magic throughout the event. Photos will be available to view and purchase on the day if you prefer not to enter the stage area.

As a thank-you, each adult ticket includes 10% off your first professional photo purchase on the day. 💖📸

The Princess Christmas Ball will be run like a concert, featuring several live performances from your favourite princesses.
Between each act, guests will have the opportunity to meet and greet the characters, take photos, and chat with them.

This setup keeps the afternoon lively and full of magical moments for the whole family!

The venue will remain open to the public, but only ticket holders will have access to the Princess Christmas Ball stage area and the full event experience, including the meet and greets and Santa’s grotto.
